The original Redpath patented design clipping system and used for more than 35 years throughout Australasia. Lockstrip is also a “self-locking” design that tightens as the wind load on the cladding increases. The aluminium base is again screwed to the buildings framework and then the white “insert” and the black locating clip is fitted.
