The Greenhouse is an 11‑span steel greenhouse located on the Bellarine Peninsula, comprising spans 9.8 m wide by 108 m long, providing approximately 11,642 m² of growing area.

The structure incorporates single roof ventilation and roll up curtains ventilation for effective passive climate control, a twin‑skin covering system for enhanced thermal insulation, and integrated thermal screen systems to optimise temperature regulation, energy efficiency, and crop protection under coastal conditions.
